Cross your ankles, cross your wrists, entwine your fingers and breathe. Breathe in through your nose, out through your mouth. Breathe with your tongue touching your top front teeth on the in breath. Breathe with your tongue flat on the outbreath. Repeat, like a light switch, in, out, slowly and deeply for two minutes. Then put your hands in a prayer like position in front of your chest, fingertips touching for a moment or two.
